He was born on July 3, 1990 in Azerbaijan. He graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University, Faculty of Medicine (2008-2014).  After graduating from university, he worked as an assistant doctor at the "Republic Diagnostic and Treatment Center" Urology Clinic in Baku for 2 years. He passed the TUS exam in 2016 and completed his specialty training at SBÜ Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital Urology Clinic (2016-2022).  In 2022 in Prague/Czechia  2 stage  He passed the (written and practical) laparoscopy exam and received the "European Urology Competence Certificate in Laparoscopy" (E-BLUS). Organized by the European Association of Urology in 2023  written and  By successfully completing the written and oral examination exams  EBU diploma and FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology)  He was entitled to receive the title. He has articles in international and national journals. He is a member of the Turkish Urology Association, the European Urology Association, and the American Urology Association. He is married and has one child.
